Register to become「Capital-Shop.com」member, you can enjoy our services including : Online Shopping, Check Order Status, Issue Product Review and receive the most Update I.T Product Information.

Customer can Register as New Member and Login in the following ways :

• In the portal page, click on“Sign In”or“Create an account”
• On the top right corner in the portal, click on“My Account”link or icon，choose to Sign In or Register as New Member
• You can select the products first（Add the products to the shopping cart），click on“Checkout”button，go to login or register page

Go into register page, please fill in the account information, the fields with * sign are mandatory fields, please fill in the information accurately, the information will be used for contact and delivery purpose. We do not sell or lend your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We use your information only as described in the privacy policy section.

System will inform you if there are any information missing or error.

After finishing the form, click on "Continue", you will become our registered member. System will send you a confirmation letter. As a registered member, you can enjoy the following services:

• Permanent Shopping Cart - We will keep the items in your shopping cart until you remove the items or check out.
• Contact List - We provide a contact list for the members to save serveral delivery addresses.
• Order History - Members can check their shopping history in the web.
• Product Review - As a member, you can share the review or opinion of our product with other members.

Shopping

We provide 24 hours online order service, customer can place order anytime and anywhere. Please read the order procedure before placing order.

Delivery

We will base on your address providing delivery service(Hong Kong only), or you can choose to take the order from our office

Payment Method

We provide serveral payment method, you can choose the most suitable one for yourself. For example, Direct Bank-In/Transfer, Paypal

Attention: Please finish the payment or take order within 7 days otherwise we will treat the order as void order. You can order the items again if you want but we cannot reserve the items for you. Also, we base on the priority of the payment to deliver the products. We cannot reserve the products for the non-paid order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Check Order Status

After confirmation of the order, we will notify you that your order is received within 24 hours by email or phone. Then you can check your order number and order status in our website, also you will receive our email about the order status.

Contact Us and Complaint

If you have any suggestion, request and complaint please contact us. We will handle them properly.

Forget Password

Click on "Forget Password" in the login page, enter your registered email address, system will send a new password to your registered email account.

You can change the password in "My Account" section after login.

Shopping Procedure

• After login, click on the product image or product name, enter product details page. Please read the product specification or details carefully.
• After confirmation, click on "Add to Cart" button.
• In the cart contents page, you can modify the order quantity, then click on "Update" button to refresh the new total price. And you can tick the boxes in the remove column to remove the selected products.
• To continue shopping in [capital-shop.com], click on "Continue Shopping" button, repeat the above steps, the products you have selected will be added to your shopping cart.
• To Check Out, please click on "Check Out" button. (If you have not login yet, system will turn to login page)
• To facilitate your shopping, if you cancel the check out process but leaving the products in the shopping cart, system will keep the products in the cart automatically.
• Delivery Method and Payment Method will be described in the following sections.

Select Suitable Delivery Method

• For the local member, we can deliver the products to your delivery address(HK Local) within 3 or 4 days. The delivery charge will be HKD$40
• For the overseas member, you can choose other delivery method. The delivery charge will be based on the route and transport agent.
• If free delivery charge is stated in the remarks of the products, the delivery charge of these products will be exempted. Attention: Delivery Charge Exemption for HK user only.

Select Suitable Payment Method

• Member can finish the payment by direct bank-in or transfer, then send back the receipt by using fax (852)23617882 with stating member name and order number.
• Member can finish the payment by PayPal system, we will not keep any credit card information in the web.

How to check your order status

After Login, click on "My Account", in the "My Account Information" page, click on "View the orders I have made", member can check the order number and order status, we will process the order and update the order status as soon as possible. Also, customer will receive a email from us for notification.
